Shipping policy

Where We Ship We ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and displayed at checkout. Orders over $45 ship free.

Processing Time We bake our treats fresh every week to ensure your pup gets the best. Most orders ship within 48 hours of being placed. During peak seasons and holidays, carrier delays may affect delivery times beyond our control.

Delivery Time We ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Once your order leaves our facility, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days to anywhere in the continental US, Alaska and Hawaii can take up to 17 business days unless an expedited shipping option is selected.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery directly on the USPS website.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at shop@doughfacedog.com and we will make it right.
